Get things done before you leave

Complete the on line government required travel documents, such as e-VISA or travel authorisation via online government portal or contact and health information (or declaration, as per local regulations)

Be aware while travelling

Wear a face covering and check you have enough for the whole trip.
Ensure physical distancing whenever practical.
Plan to have hand sanitiser in case there is none easily available while travelling or at your destination.

Take care of yourself

Wash hands frequently using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
If you do need to cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with a flexed elbow or tissue. Then wash your hands.

In flight

Take the time to just relax, only move around the cabin when it is necessary.
Avoid queuing for the restroom/lavatory. And always clean up before and after for visit. Inform the crew and seek medical care early if you become sick while travel.
